I just picked one of these up off ebay. Listing said "Works great" however upon arrival it is a continues beeping loop. The manual explains "Self-test fail is indicated by a repeating beep code consisting of one to eighteen beeps. If the unit fails upon power-on, please listen and note the number of beeps (one to eighteen). The unit should be taken out of service and the factory should be contacted for further instructions."
