Anti Radar paint & veil?

Wondering if anyone has some knowledge on the legality of coating your car in paint formulated to reduce radar detection.

Also if something like that works.

Then putting veil on the license plate and lights?

I know we can’t interfere with radar, but can we just avoid it?
