V1G2 freaks out and turns off at random.....

Since the March update, about 2-3 times a month my V1G2 will go nuts and shut down. It will beep like crazy, every light on it will turn on then it will go dark.... turning off. Usually I'll have up unplug it for a mile or two, then plug it back in and it will be fine.
I did a search but didn't find anything... Anyone have this happen? Ideas?
