Is EscortRadar services down?

So I bought this detector recently and everything is working except the posted speed limit. I'm using the Drive Smarter (Android Samsung S23U) and in the app the posted speed limit doesn't show as well. I know the wifi is connected because on an hour trip the detector did a firmware and database update over wifi without the app running. I get RLC/SPEED Cam alerts as well.
