K Band Ferndale

I have had multiple encounters with Chevy Tahoe like Ferndale PD LEO SUV running K Band on Woodward. I am not sure if he is enforcing but it sure acts like it. Today I noted his frequency at 24.103-24.104.
So everyone driving through Ferndale, do not ignore K bank in the low 24.100 range.
