Wanted to call out what a terrific experience I just had with FitcamX.
Bought/installed a FitcamX about 6 months ago.
Checked the video recording at the time and all looked fine so.....set /forget, etc.
Well earlier this week I discovered there was no audio being recorded.
Contacted FitcamX, they responded within 24hrs.
After sending a sample video, they got back to me; defective cam.
They are sending out a replacement, no return of the defective unit required.
So many examples of poor...
