GPS Accuracy Lags with Uber Driver and other apps that rely on GPS

When JBV1 is running with either Uber or Lyft Driver the GPS Accuracy Lags on those apps. The location stutters in the rideshare apps and Uber constantly shows a "GPS Signal Lost" at the bottom of the screen. My location just kind of hopps along as I drive and occasionally freezes. Everything goes back to normal once I force close JBV1.
