First Ka IO

I was driving on i95 South headed towards 495 and Silver Spring and got a strong hit on Ka band on 33.8 and then a couple seconds later, gone.

There was so much traffic here I couldn't see where the LEO was but some traffic in the left lane was going way above the PSL. Didn't see any lights come on which isn't surprising for MD LEOs lol

My first IO hit and I think the R4 did great imo. I didn't know MD did IO, all my experiences have been CO.
