I think my - volume button is broken? - R7 v151

Could this be an issue with the firmware? Or is it hardware? I recently updated to 151, and this I think is the first time I’ve tried the volume buttons. I bought this in July and rarely use the +,- buttons.

Can I get some confirmation? What do I do?
