Data Only Sims Cards for Secondary Android Phone?

I’ve seen some data only sims cards marketed. Could I get a recommendation of a decent one to use in my secondary android phone? I just use it to run Waze, Highway Radar and occasionally police scanner apps. I would really like to get my own dedicated Sims card because when I use my iPhone hot spot, it’s clunky, often loses connection and I have to manually reconnect occasionally.
