A few V1Driver items

I was wondering when V1Driver may be updated to support keeping the Bluetooth icon lit when in dark mode. From what I recall, that option would seem to satisfy some of your more deeply held concerns about the dark mode concept, and it may free your hand a bit to allow more darkened scenarios (such as the example of stoped at the military base gates where 34.7 is blaring but you’re not supposed to be running a detector).
