Problem Updating Radenso RC M

Hello, I am looking for a solution to my updating problem.

I had the Radenso RC M installed in my car last month in Florida, I’m back in Washington now. The installation went great but I am having trouble updating the RC M CPU. The ALP updates fine. Both the Radar & ALP appear to be working. I have also been working with Radenso Support but wanted check with the forums if other members has this issue.
