Today I ran across a reaaly low stalker showing 34.225 on my R4 between Vernon and Kelowna on Hwy 97. When I passed it, the frequency jumped up to 34.598-not sure if he also threw on his rear antenna as there was a car that was following me but didn't slow down when I did.
This is weird because I have seen another low drifting stalker in the Chilliwack BC area running pretty close to that same frequency. @DC Fluid has reported that particular unit in the Chilliwack area as well.
