Remote display blank (Gen2)

V1G2 hardwired with a remote display(g2). Last week I noticed my remote display was blank, but the mute button works normally and main unit display was working. Swapped all the cables. Then tried using the 12v accessory socket adapter to bypass the hardwire kit. Still blank. Since the main unit seemed fine I decided to check cable at the concealed display, had 5v, ground, 12v, and a fluctuating 3v-4v on the 4 pins. (Could be different, trying to remember from yesterday)
