Mute Hold Cancel on Silent Rude

Please find attached screencap from Mute hold settings.

I would expect that on silent ride you would want to be able to select "mute hold cancel" to be toggled off, this allowing extended mutes.

The way this reads, it seems the reverse would be true, that is, mute hold cancel would only be active when silent ride is active, which I would think would be the opposite of what you'd want. (I.e., if silent ride is active, mute hold would be good)

Which way does this function
