Ka Announcements During Silent Ride

So I noticed I was seemingly getting announcements that were more.frequent in cases when I was below PSL or under the Silent Ride threshold. So I pulled up some settings to see if I'd missed.somening because it seemed inapposite. I found the attached settings.
