Anybody have a workaround for Android headunits disabling Accessibility service on boot?

Hi All,

Might have been covered before, searched but couldn't find. I have a joying headunit with the latest firmware, Everytime it boots, it disables the accessibility service. Stupid annoying, because I like to run spotify and JB V1 split screen.

Any solutions?
