Twin Cities Metro VASCAR Enforcement

I'm a Flightradar24 user and see the State Patrol Cirrus SR-22 flying similar routes over the metro most days. You have to select a specific airplane on screen to see this (unless you use the aircraft's N-number) but playing around, I see the aircraft doing this a lot.

I have HWR and JBV1 but don't use it in the metro - only long drives - so this presents an interesting issue if driving briskly in the metro.
