US R3 to NZ

Hi @Mithheru New to the forum. Not sure if this is the right place to post this.
I have recently bought a Uniden R3 from Amazon.com. Didnt knew this has US and NZ version.
Could you please help me convert this to work in NZ as it should ? Or is it better to return it ?
Any help is rellay appreciated.
