R4 and R8 Companion TSF toggle button showing twice

I am seeing some weird stuff with the R4 an R8 Companion TSF toggle button showing twice On/Off. It will show as K Filter then the name on toggle will change to TSF Off. Wondering if anyone has run into this issue
